This crowd-pleasing musical farce, featuring a live orchestra, incredible costumes, and large song and dance numbers has been hailed as the funniest musical to hit the stage.
In the 1590s, the Bottom brothers are desperate to write a hit play but are stuck in the shadow of that Renaissance rock star playwright known as "The Bard." When a local soothsayer foretells that the future of theatre involves singing, dancing and acting at the same time, the brothers set out to write the world's very first musical.
