Campbellford & District Horticultural Society…Serving all of Trent Hills, holds its brief business meeting + Flower Show on Mon. June 1st, 2026 7:30 pm.  Our speaker, Bonnie Moore, Woodland North Lavender Farm, Madoc, will explain how in 2021the idea began to inspire something wonderful for the Moore farm property & the community to produce a flower used in culinary adventures.  The soil was perfect for lavender.  Plants are lovingly hand-pruned, hand-harvested, and the buds are used in baking products and cosmetics.  Now growing 7 varieties—ranging from light to dark purple and white—the farm also hosts groups, workshops and private parties where guests are inspired to get outside, learn and grow!
